We want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring that technical garments and protectors are folded correctly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
